CheckADOC helps you find doctors, hospitals and diagnostic labs in Pakistan. You can browse the directory without creating an account. This policy explains what the website stores when you save a listing or contact our team.

Messages and correction requests

Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also include a listing link. We store these details so our team can read your request, check a correction and respond. Submitting a message does not publish it on the website.

Please leave out patient records, test reports, identity numbers and other private medical details. We do not need them to fix a listing.

Saved listings and cookies

Your saved list stays in your browser on the device you use. It contains the listing name, link and brief details. It does not sync to an account. Remove individual entries on the saved listings page, or clear this website's browser data to remove the whole list.

Session cookies help forms and sign-in features work and protect against invalid form requests. Session records may include your IP address, browser information and recent activity time. Blocking cookies may prevent forms from working.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count page visits and see how visitors use the directory. Google sets analytics cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you open. We send page addresses without search text or filters. Contact form entries and our staff pages are not sent to Google Analytics. Google handles this information under its privacy policy. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Public information about providers

Our team researches public contact details, practice addresses and service information for directory listings. This can include information published by a provider or on a business profile. If a detail about you or your practice needs updating, send us a correction and identify the listing.

Links, calls and externally hosted images

Map, messaging, registration and provider links open services outside CheckADOC. Those services handle information under their own privacy policies. A call button opens your phone's calling app; it does not book an appointment through us.

Some listing images load from an external website. That website can receive a normal image request, including your IP address and browser information. Saved listings and contact messages are separate from these image requests.

Keeping or removing a message

Contact messages remain in our records until our team removes them; there is no automatic deletion period. If you want to correct or remove a message you sent, contact us with the email address you used and enough detail to find it. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.
