How we prepare listing information

Our team researches and organises public provider information. A review of a listing means we checked the information available to us; it does not mean we examined a patient, inspected a facility or verified every professional credential.

Unless a page names a medical reviewer, do not assume its content has been reviewed by a clinician. Reading a profile or sending our team a message does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Ratings, services and availability

Review scores are not measures of medical competence or treatment outcomes. Choose care based on your needs and advice from a qualified professional, not on stars alone.

Confirm the service, branch, fee and hours directly before visiting. A lab network's test list may cover services that your nearest collection point does not provide. Ask the lab or your clinician for preparation instructions and help understanding results.
